Workshops and presentations will be offered all day that speak to the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) educational and career opportunities. Women scholars of science and engineering at all levels are encouraged to attend. There are great opportunities to learn and network.
Solar Eclipse Competition
On August 21, 2017, a total solar eclipse will occur over the United States. To celebrate this momentous event, Native American teams are invited to develop a high altitude balloon payload that will fly to the edge of space during the eclipse and gain an unprecedented view of the shadow of the moon on our Earth.
