WHO IS INVOLVED  >  WORK AND IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

Work and Implementation Team

The Work and Implementation Team includes committed individuals from education and industry.  Positions consist of the West Sound STEM Coordinator and at least one representative from each of the six school districts and Olympic College, West Sound CTE Directors, the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and at least one other STEM business or community-based organization. The  Work and Implementation Team is tasked with drafting a yearly strategic plan, implementing and operationalizing the plan, and providing quarterly updates to the Senior Leadership Team.

The team works diligently to support the ideas and initiatives of the numerous partners who have and continue to participate in Network activities. As such, the Network aims to unify members in a collective impact model to coordinate local efforts. The intent is not to compete with current programs, but to bring together partners to work on a united vision. The synergy created not only helps grow partners' programs, but allows all to scale up to meet the needs of all students.
